This was a strange interview. First had a phone screen and then a Skype interview. The Skype interview contained very few questions and the interviewer spent most of the time talking and telling me the negatives of the position. She also mentioned that while the job was listed as an HR position, it actually had very little to do with HR and was more data entry. I was told that she was unsure of next steps but that they would contact me shortly to let me know. It has been weeks and I have not been contacted to let me know either way. Overall, it seems as if the company is not very organized.
