Fairly friendly interview process. I am a recent graduate and the lady interviewing me was very forgiving about my lack of industry experience. Mostly asked questions gauging my previous work experience and general technical ability.

What is interesting to you about ENGIE, and have you always been interested in the energy industry?
First there was HR vetting then meeting with line manager and another team member. This took about three weeks in total. Then I heard I was unsuccessful. But I was given valuable feedback.
