We had 1 interview and 1 take-home technical assessment, which was timed for 30 minutes. I had an interview with the lighting associate director and my manager. They asked a bunch of behavioral questions and scenario-based questions. They probably have asked like 10 questions and some follow-up in 30 minutes.

I had 1 interview and another technical assessment, which can be taken at home and has a time limit of 45 mins. The technical assesment was writing an email to the client to schedule a lighting audit and some calculations in Excel about wattages.
