The questions were standard. I think the your personality definitely should match the interviewer quickly so you are not misunderstood though. I also thought they took too long to send a "we will not be moving forward" email. Especially after timely communication previously, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

They gave a phone interview where they just asked basic questions about what you are comfortable working with and your personal experiences. Also, I moved on to the next round where I completed their excel problem successfully finished. Then they told me I got in and they want me to come in and speak about the role in person. They did insinuate I got the position. The day and time they told me to come I could not go in, so I said I can come in the next day same time. They said they would get back to me. Then, I got no response for 1 week. So, I assumed I did not secure my position because I did not come on the day and time they first asked me to come. I understand that time is important, but I do wish they could have told me sooner that I did not receive the position rather than me reaching out after 1 week of no response.
