Hiring was a two step process with an on the phone interview and in person interview, which was also two rounds back to back. Best pieces of advice regarding this role is to be yourself, come in with a basic understanding of the financial enviroment, be up to date on macro events and if you aren't ethical in your thinking do not apply, they have the ability, knowledge and expierence to sniff it out right away.
