Basic interview no surprises, panel type interview. Met with four people from two different branches and all they were interested in was knowing about my previous experience. No offer was made at the interview the offer came later.
This interview was straight forward, scenario based and heavy on experience questions. I was also questioned on my level of leadership and what I would do in certain situations. Immediately was told if I had the job or not. I like this approach, because there's no need to keep people waiting.

What would I do if the customer is being difficult?
Professional, met early in the morning and reviewed the estimated upcoming workload within the Cincinnati area and what customers make up a large part of the workload. Reviewed the average project size dollar wise.
