- Second round back-to-back with 4-5 executive level people. You get exposure to managers from different products, who don't expect you to know much about them. They ask overlapping questions about the challenges you've faced, team projects, etc.
- Third round back-to-back with 4 executive level people. You meet with more managers who ask what your dream job is, what type of project you would like at EF, etc.

First stage in the application requires a CV, cover letter and answers to two questions:
- What makes you EF 360.
- An interesting fact about yourself in no more than 50 words.
Don't expect feedback if you are unsuccessful following the submission of your application. Irrespective of the amount of applications that are received, I think the lack of feedback is incredibly poor.
Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en EF (Education First) (Cambridge, MA) en mar 2017
Entrevista
Very relaxed and informal. First round was through campus recruiting, the interview was more like a conversation about my interest, experiences, and personality traits. Second round was onsite, met with multiple senior executives back to back, again more of semi-formal conversations about my passions, interests, and experiences than strictly formal interviews. Loved everyone I met, and felt that culture fit was a large part of the equation!
