I initially applied for this position in February 2023. A couple of weeks later, I received an automatic rejection email. In April, approximately two months later, a recruiter from the company reached out to me regarding the same position. I had an initial call with them and reapplied for the same position I had initially applied for in February, as well as a new application for a Visual Designer role. I then had another call with the Design Director, which went well. During the interview, they informed me that they would be following up with an exercise. After several weeks of waiting, I received an email following up on the process, with an apology for the delay. Subsequently, I had another call during which they asked if I was still interested, to which I replied yes. Fast forward to October (after six months), I received a rejection, and to my dismay, it was the exact same rejection email I had received when I first applied in February. Overall, my experience with the hiring process at this company has been frustrating and disheartening.
