It was actually pretty laid back, 1 on 1, and not too intimidating. I was offered an interview right at their career fair and it took place in a classroom. They asked you on your perceptions on competency and similar things. There seems to be a lot of space to talk about yourself and questions are pretty open ended. Just relax.

It was a very nice interview with very enthusiastic staff that are looking to provide a memorable summer for everyone involved in their company. They were very clear on what they wanted and required
Very smooth and engaging, we talked about the background and qualifications, hours, experience and expectations, the interviewer seemed to be very happy with what she is doing right now. Very pleasant experience.
