It was an application, a 15 minute audio call to introduce yourself and the role, and then a 1.5 hour long interview with blocks of half an hour with 3 people.

Phone screening or one-way video questions followed by two virtual interviews with team members or management. A series of situational questions and an explanation of the role with time to ask questions yourself. Overall took a few weeks.

Had a phone interview that was 45 minutes and I thought I was such a great candidate. Never heard back and job says still reviewing. That was in July. I would have appreciated at least being told wether I got the job or not
