The interview process started with a virtual open house that members of the current team led by explaining the company, the culture, and other various things about it. It then went into breakout rooms led by team members in groups of about 4 other potential new hires. There we were asked things about who we are, why we were interested, and got to ask the leader of our breakout room specific questions. (ask lots of questions!)
After that, I was invited to meet with a member of that meeting. We had a short phone call about my résumé, and just pretty basic interview. At the end I was tested on my sales and was put up to a task on the spot. It was really a testament to how you can handle being thrown into a challenge without warning, and keep positive, cool, and collected. It went well, and my recruiter was incredibly personable.
Next, I was sent to the office I was applying for. There I had a Zoom call with the manager and the trainer where I had a split 45 minute interview with each. The manager asked me things about myself, the position, how I'd handle situations, among other things. They also left plenty of time for me to ask lots of questions. The second half of that interview I was put into a challenge scenario of what the position would be like and did some mock calls with the trainer. Again, lots of questions asked and really just to see if its a fit!
Finally, I had an interview with the manager and a current employee in my position where I shadowed and got to see live what was going on. Super helpful to see if you're truly still interested.
