The interviewer was not actually an ESL teacher, so she did not give very good feedback to my responses. She was basically a middle man and it was a waste of time

What are the challenges you faced when teaching young students
The ESL interview typically is Online with Academic Director. Easy straightforward questions. No teaching demo. Situational questions to assess classroom management skills, adaptability, and cultural awareness. Even if you don't have teaching experience, there is a high chance to land ESL job there.

Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
