I first interviewed with an EF representative at a career fair, then was asked to come into the office for a group interview. The group (about eight of us) were introduced to each other, and we were then introduced to the directors (the people in charge of the other sales consultants based on territory), who listened to the group answer three questions, and then each of the directors talked to us individually for five minutes. I was emailed and asked to come back for a more individual kind of interview with two of the directors who might be interested in working with me. I met with them two weeks later, interviewing with each one separately.
