I had one 15 minute initial phone call, then about a 25 minute second phone call the next day. both about general background information. Then they brought me in for a lengthly 3 hour interview. The campus is beautiful and everyone was very friendly and made the time go by faster than I thought. I first sat down with two people and discussed my interests and resume. Then a 20 min shadowing period where I listened to 3 phone calls. Then I interviewed with 2 more people. The process continued again with another 15 minute phone interview that was like a role play, pretending like I already had the job and how I would answer the phones.

It was an application, a 15 minute audio call to introduce yourself and the role, and then a 1.5 hour long interview with blocks of half an hour with 3 people.
