Over the telephone, due to the poor connection, the interview lasted over an hour. questions were very well developed and thoughtful. They asked a lot of questions regarding classroom management, teamwork and personality traits. I enjoyed the interview because I was well prepared. They took less than a week to respond with my offer. One thing to note that in China you should negotiate your salary. Im not sure if I did that and was aware of how underpaid id be I would have accepted the job offer.

The interview process was very good. Nora was a very good interviewer, she does not make one feel like they are in an interrogation. She makes sure that you are comfortable and that you are able to converse with her to promote one's ability to express themselves fully.

Entrevista
Very easy process, professional but friendly staff. There's different steps and they are easy and they guide you throughout the process. Application, answer a few questions (some you select the correct answer for some you record your voice answering), book tech interview, book introduction session, they send you an affer and you accept.
