I applied online with an application and cover letter. They responded a few days later with an online platform to schedule a phone interview. The interview was short, curt, and fast. The interviewer was efficient and did not make any small talk. You got the feeling that they got a lot of applications and had to get through a lot of people.

I did a short first 30 minute phone interview to go over background questions and learn more about the company. The interviewer was very warm but very salesy about the position.

Il colloquio si é svolto in maniera standardizzata con un interview registrata. Alcune domande erano in inglese altre in tedesco e per ogni domanda avevi un numero di secondi per rispondere. Il tutto senza la presenza di nessun HR. Tutto é stato registrato in modo robotico.
