Entrevista
Three stages. 1st is an on line competency test after filling out the usual application. Then a short phone interview before being invited to a shop interview. All 1-2-1 and very friendly.

Entrevista
Online assessment (this was 5 questions asked on a online chat style interview).
Telephone interview - straight forward, why you would like to work for EE etc.
Experience day - telling you abit more about the company and what its like to work for EE.
Interview day in person - listen to a agent on call then take your face to face interview which consisted of a 5 minute presentation and competency based questions.

Entrevista
An informal chat about how you would deal under pressure and asking about your interests and likes to see how you can talk and make sales. Seeing what days and type of contract structure would suit you.
