Team ia run poorly. Nees to have some major changes to both procedure and mamagement. Team has some good workers but poor leaders overall. Hr has been notified and they have done nothing to address this issue.
I would hope the new evp will make some needed mamagement changes.
From submitting the application, you are invited to an Initial Interview with one hiring manager and a final Interview with around 3/4 employees. This was all conducted online via Microsoft Teams as it was during Covid.
