Interview was with main hiring manager, and input from current job holder. This was an interim role, mid-level. Interview was fine - friendly atmosphere etc. However, overall candidate experience has been appalling. Was told I would hear the outcome the following day - have heard absolutely nothing over 6 weeks later. Not even an automated "no thanks" and the application system that you can log into is still just showing me as in the interview stage! I chased the resourcing team and was completely blanked by them. If HR and resourcing are treating their own applicants like this, I dread to think how badly they treat other applicants for the rest of the organisation!
