The interview process process consisted of 4 stages, an online Aptitude test, followed by technical test on your specialization then a final interview with the VPs and director of various department. Question range from technical, language based to ECOWAS knowledge questions.

Very tough and you must have good knowledge of ecowas especially current affairs within the region. You will face a panel of 6 judges and they will take turns asking questions depending on the field you are applying for.
