Phone interview with mostly situation based questions with a few questions about my technical background. There was only one interview and then the result was given after 1 week. The atmosphere was friendly and didn't feel pressurized at all.

It is a small and fast-growing company that trying to commercialize its novel cell. The interviewer would like to find an experienced EV battery module engineer to assemble the cells, built the prototype, test the module performance to make a successful application for low-voltage battery modules.
