Ghost job. Do not apply. Complete waste of time. They post job listings they never intend to fill to make it appear that the company is growing. The first red flag was they post the same job over and over every few months. I had a phone interview, then an in person interview. They told me they hired someone else, only to repost the exact same ad a week later.
