For the role I occupy, it was a two-part interview process. The first interview was by phone with HR and it lasted approximatively 20 to 30 minutes. It didn't feel like an interview per se, but rather a pleasant conversation. The second interview took place two weeks after the first one at the Montreal office. HR kept me updated during the two weeks between the first and the second interview.
