Why is an education company using a pre-assessment (cognitive & personality) test to make decisions on hiring. These tests are ableist and discriminatory and have nothing to do with your qualifications for the position. Their hiring process needs to be overhauled.
Had 3 virtual interviews. They're usually back to back with directors or lead managers. They're usually friendly and they try to gauge if you would be a good person to work with (good character, takes initiative, etc.).

spoke to the recruiter on the phone then got scheduled for an interview. i waited about a month for feedback. Process was transparent but hope they had followed the initial timeline set.

they had an initial quick phone call screening about previous experience followed by a more formal zoom meeting with the managers. they then reached out with an offer on the phone. the whole process took about 3 weeks
