Entrevista
Initial phone call with a recruiter after taking online aptitude test. Then it is a 2 hour interview consisting of a 30 min case study, proctored retake of aptitude test, and 2 30-minute interviews with team members. Each interview was with 2 employees. The 2-hour interview was exhausting, and by the time you are done with the case study and test, you are mentally drained. The actual interviews were very rigid and left no time for interviewee to ask questions about the company.

It was very awkward - the interviewer only seemed interested in writing down my answers instead of having more of a conversation with me about anything. However, she did mention that the second and final step of their interview process would be an in-person interview with the head of the department.
