Initially started with a cognitive test taken online. After passing that, spoke with a recruiter over the phone going over basic screening background/resume. Next was a 1 hr technical and behavioral interview asking a mix of verbal DSA, OOP, React, and ended with a medium array problem to solve on CoderPad. After that was a 30 min behavioral with a PM talking about various teams and products. Finally, had one last 30 minute technical (no coding) with a specific team senior. Overall a positive experience with fast responses

First interview is just an HR round where they ask you basic questions about you and your past experience. Second Interview is the technical part. Questions were about React JS, Django, SQL querying, git, and they also ask questions about my previous work history. I also got an easy level leetcode type style question. Overall the interviewers were great but the recruitment process is a mess. After the second interview it took about 2 weeks for them to get back to me and tell me that I will be going onto the next round. Then 2 days later they send me another email saying that my position has been filled and I am no longer being considered.

I only got as far as the technical assessment. The assessment was mostly planning for a database which seemed reasonable. But the directions being hosted by LinkedIn asked misleading questions concerning what language you would use and what commands to run. I found these questions contradicted the technical assessment and made me second guess if I did needed code in my assessment.
