UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT recruiting team. E2Open follows highly unethical recruitment practices. The recruitment team is inefficient and even the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition has absolutely no grip on his recruiters. Recruiters send out emails directly to candidates without keeping anyone in the loop; hence creating major communication gap. The SM - Talent Acquisition has no idea of the way the recruiters are handling interviews and communicating with the candidates. He surely enjoys his free salary.
Attended a really great interview here, but the recruiter failed to keep a track of correspondence emails. When I followed up, the HR recruiter lied out rightly to cover up the error from his end. The offer letter was rolled out initially and later RETRACTED WITHOUT INTIMATION because of a silly clerical error by the HR recruiter. The entire recruitment team and hiring managers failed to follow up in time. When this was escalated with evidence from my end, the team had to investigate the situation, only to realize that there was a clerical error from their HR recruiter. The entire team apologized profusely after all this, but I still lost a job opportunity.
The recruitment team and the hiring managers could not do anything to make up for my loss, they only came back with sorry faces. There was absolutely no effort taken or offer made from their end to make up for my loss. This shows how inefficient even the higher management is. They are only in higher positions with no power. Recruiter makes a mistake, company investigates, but has no power or willingness to do anything about it.
WORST EXPERIENCE! Be wary of E2open, especially the Bengaluru, India location. Apply here at your own risk. Their glassdoor reviews are 100% accurate, I made a mistake of bypassing them.
