The initial interview is done over the phone with a current Project Manager in the company. She was very pleasant and in addition to asking questions, she was very willing to answer my questions about the position and the company. From this initial interview she was going to discuss the candidates with senior management and then in person interviews are to be held. Since I have not yet moved onto the second interview, I will need to mark that I have not received an offer.
