Received a phone call after 1 week of applying for the position. The recruiter was very nice, part of the interview was done in Spanish to test my knowledge of the Spanish language. Once the phone interview as over, I was sent a personality assessment via email. Upon completing the assessment, I received a phone call a few days later to schedule my onsite interview. Onsite I had a 1:1 interview with the recruiter, then I had to take a works skills test which took 30 minutes and an Excel test. After both tests were completed, met with a member of the managing team for a final 1:1 interview. I was offered a position that same day.
