I was approached to apply for this position, however the interview process was such I would have declined if offered. I had an initial call with one of the recruitment team, then a first stage interview with the hiring manager. This was positive and I was called shortly after to book a second stage for a week later. This second stage was with two managers. One of whom, a male who arrived late, was particularly curt and rude throughout. He often interrupted answers, accused me of 'greenwashing' and was very dismissive of much of my experience. Overall it felt quite belittling and demoralising. I'd decided I wouldn't want to work for/with someone like that on the basis of his behavior in the interview. I got an automated response a few days later saying I had been unsuccessful. I contacted the company to ask for specific feedback (and to provide my own feedback on the process) however despite two chasers I've not received anything 3 months later.
