Disappointing and unprofessional recruiting. After conducting a phone interview, the recruiter completely disappeared even if we were supposed to update each other the following day. Reminders have been sent in the next months and several phone calls without any answer. Regardless of the outcome of the interview, I believe providing feedback to the candidates should be basic, especially if they are waiting for more information from your side and they have some planning to do.
