I applied online through the Dyson website. Dyson responsed via email, I later had a conversation with a HR guy. He set up a telephone interview. On the telephone interview I was asked a little about my CV and some technical questions. I then came to the Dyson Malmesbury office. I was greeted by the same HR guy I spoke with on the phone, he interviewed me, assessing if I fit the Dyson profile. Then I was interviewed by a developer and a manager, I was asked questions around my CV, why I'd chosen particular tools sets, asked to explain in detail at the end I asked a few questions. Overall it was pretty smooth and relaxed.
