My interview for a UX researcher position comprised of 5 rounds of interviews, starting from the recruiter screen to the final stakeholder call. I was impressed by the details of each round. Especially for the case study, where they gave me access to a company UXR project that was completed recently which gave me a better understanding of how the role would look like in reality. Plus, after every round, I was given feedback at the end of the call which I really appreciated. During the whole offer stage, we were also able to negotiate the details with full transparency. Overall, I was taken aback by the team's kindness and support, and I would totally recommend the interview process again.
