The process was fine but their decision making is subpar. Once you get to the presentation stage they ask you for an absurd open ended analysis. You're expected to dedicate copious amounts of time to it. The leaders were not engaged/distracted in their interviews. I'd never work for them even if they presented an offer. It seems they're still trying to fill this role.
