Was offered a first round interview the day after I applied, and had a great conversation with the hiring manager. Moved on to a second and third interview with different members of the team rather quickly and was told that decisions would be made quick and that I would hear after the holidays. Emailed to follow up after hearing nothing, and never received a response. I was pretty disheartened after three separate conversations and pretty clear timeline moving forward, that some type of follow-up or feedback regarding my candidacy would have been appreciated. Overall, really enjoyed the members of the team and seems like a great company doing really innovative things, however this recruitment process for a recruiter position was really off-putting.
