The interview process was seamless. Very organized and moved quickly. Solid Sr Leadership team. Met with several of the leadership team to make sure it was a good cultural fit for me. This is a company that has a lot of legacy to it but certainly a company that is willing to make change where needed.

Call with the recruiter who was asking general background questions and career aspirations. Not much oriented to the position at hand. While I did not get asked to continue the process the reason given was just a run of the mill “we’ve decided not to move forward” which is fine. With a company as open and transparent as Dynatrace though I had thought more specific feedback would have been provided.
