I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. There were 4 rounds: HR, Technical screening, Assignment and onsite demo of the assignment. The over all process was very smooth. It felt more like an open discussion than the interview. Mainly I was impressed because all the interviewers provided constructive feedback. They were all friendly and co-operative.
