Very easy and enjoyable, nothing to be scared of.
3-4 problems to solve and maybe you have a conversation with 3 key people from the sales department.
Just be yourself and relaxed.
Typical questions about past experience, what are your long term goals, and the types of market research that I have been involved with in the past. Friendly and inviting, only 2 rounds of interviews in total.
