The first round interview was very well structured, they emailed me an outline of how the process would go. They were very casual and asked questions about personal life, education and career.

Very thorough interview with multiple tests. IQ and Personality test for an entry level position. The interview felt entirely over the top for the role. Secondary interview was better but it felt like being sat down by a school teacher and told about how as a company we could work on your personality.
