When I came in for the interview I walked into an environment where everyone was busy at work but you could tell they felt like they were doing something exciting and it made me feel like I wanted to be a part of it. It felt like a startup that was going to take off. I was welcomed by the managing partners. They were friendly and hospitable and asked me if I wanted some water, all of which made me feel at ease. We made some casual conversation and then they proceeded with interview questions. They then asked how I would handle certain scenarios and the process I would take. They were professional and made me feel comfortable and you could feel their passion.
