Most interviews had multiple people. It was very conversational, with a focus on experiences and ideas/vision of the future client environment. Most of the discussions focused on work styles, relationships, and impact of pandemic on both the company and clients. Salary discussions were one on one and very fair. Lots of encouragement and positivity throughout the process.
