Started with your basic information, like your name, education and work history, why choose the company and career. They asked questions about your laboratory knowledge, which depends on the department you are applying for. I was asked to answer some questions about hematology and chemistry, very basic laboratory knowledge. And then they asked some scenario questions about your personality and behavior in a conflict or high pressure environment, like how will you deal with..., what will you do...etc.

It has One phone interview one in person. If you are selected after phone interview, you will get the in-person interview to attend. The phone interview usually has 5 questions and in person interview has about 20 questions.
