First interview was general about myself ,why to join us and 2nd interview was longer detail of my interest ,gave me situation about how to handle that situation , how to improve sales

There were two interviews. The first was short and covered my views on leadership, strengths for the position and prior experience. The second interview was more in depth. We discussed processes of the position including a daily breakdown, compensation and expectations. We also discussed my background more in depth and how both Dymnd Business Solutions and myself could be mutually beneficial.
