First phone interview was just to gauge interest, then I proceeded to take a personality test online. About 4-5 days after that I had a 2nd phone interview where I was asked non-technical questions such as "What are some of the hardest goals you have set for yourself" and "What is the most difficult thing you have ever accomplished". I was initially invited for on site interviews but got cancelled for what appeared like no reason.
