If I remember correctly: 1. Online aptitude tests 2. Virtual interview 3. In-person interview 4. Online psychology tests 5. References Everyone I met during the process was really nice and communication throughout the process was great. The interviews were good, not too difficult, and again, very friendly people. The office seemed awesome. However, the process felt overly thorough for a pretty junior role. Two references had to answer an in-depth survey (I think it was 10+ questions?) and the results of the psychological test felt almost a bit invasive. They were incredibly detailed, and though a lot of it was accurate, it felt like way too much information for an employer, much less a *prospective* employer. I felt like some of it really didn't paint an accurate picture of me as an employee and was more theory than practice, which was a shame. I understand the value of a comprehensive process from their side, and I appreciate that they're trying to do something different, but as an unsuccessful candidate it was a lot especially considering the nature of the role, and naturally made not getting an offer more disappointing. They did send a small gift in the mail after the process, which was a really nice and unique touch!
