Take home exercise was actually fun and interesting to work on and used skills that are relevant to my day job! The code pairing during the interview process reflected the real collaborative engineering environment at dutchie. This is first time I've seen effective code pairing to help grow and support each other without ego. Also really appreciated the opportunity to meet multiple engineers during the process and the CTO to get a deeper understand of what dutchie is about.
