The process was chaotic. I did not apply, they reached out to me. Two interviews spanned 3 months. After I finally met with the hiring manager, she was eating lunch/ camera off in the interview. Then I received feedback that I am highly technically competent, but they need someone with at least some leadership experience. I have led data teams for a decade. It led me to believe that this process was not serious to them and the wasting of my time was palpable.
