Open call for a new location. There was about 75 people waiting to be interviewed. Filled out application, had resume ready. One on one interview with new franchise owners, got a call back that night had a second interview at the shop where I meet more of the crew and they told me I had the job.

Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
