Entrevista
Spoke with their recruiter, spoke with the hiring manager, online code test with two software engineers, onsite interview with 5 interviews.
The onsite interviews were engaging and interesting. Everyone was very well prepared and it was a very collaborative experience. I had a very positive view of the company through all of these interactions, and they ended up being my second choice because of the onsite experience even though they were my last choice heading into the onsite interview.

The technical questions were typical leet code interview style problems, there were a lot of behavioral questions and some system design questions.
Every single interviewer asked me to describe a situation where I had conflict and how I handled it.
Thank you for your detailed feedback and we’re happy to hear that your interview experience was a positive one. Candidate experience is something we truly value. Thanks again!

Conversation with recruiter through Hired.com. Conversation with Hiring Manager. Coding interview with 2 members of the hiring team. Everybody was very nice. It was actually very sad for me that they didn't pick me as I, for once in a long time, thought it was a good company and team to work with.

Recruiter was amazing in coordination and keeping the candidate in the loop. They were transparent and provided whatever "excuse" the HM has given them. I had 5 rounds - 1 code review, 1 coding and 1 design, 1 behavioral with engineering leadership and another with Product Manager and Designer followed by 30 minutes of HM wrap up. All the rounds have behavioral question follow ups to your tech answers and everyone pretends to be culturally collaborative. Overall , I did well and HM said great things in the wrap up round. The next day was the day of results and they decided to pass saying that I take initiatives to improve quality which can disrupt their cultural ethos. How on earth can someone provide this lame feedback. Anyways, I moved on and decided not to interview anywhere which had "woke" red flags of fake culture fit

Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience in detail. We are glad that you found the recruiter’s communication to be transparent. That’s exactly what our recruiting team strives for. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding with the delivery of feedback. The values we share internally include learning together and inclusivity. Coding challenges, system design, behavioral questions.
It had a good amount of depth without being overly difficult.
No trickery, gotchas etc. I got clear feedback from each session.
For a large company (Cisco) the process moved quickly.
