Process was very smooth, the head recruiter (Nate) was excellent at communicating through every step. First interview was a phone screening with Nate, then a phone interview with the hiring manager and finally an on-site interview. The on-site was 4 interviews, 30 mins each. The entire process took less than 3 weeks. I had a very positive interview experience, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and came through as very genuine.

To begin, I cannot speak more highly of Nate (Sr Recruiter), the overall Duo interview process and everyone I spoke to. Nate was incredibly prompt with follow-up after each round of interviews and transparent throughout the entire process. He contacted me almost everyday after the final onsite to provide feedback and when to expect a decision. I applied online and was contacted a few days later to schedule a phone interview/screen. It was very conversationally focused. He was primarily looking to understand my background, how it aligned to the position and my interest in Duo. I was notified a quick few hours later notifying me that I was moving forward to speak with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager took place two days later and again very conversational based, but I was fielded much more job specific questions about my previous experience directly related to the possible future responsibilities of this new position. Again, I was notified a few hours later notifying me that I was moving forward to an onsite interview. The onsite interview took place at their new Ann Arbor office the following week. I spoke with a number of different team members that I would be directly working with or closely with. The interviewers each had a their own prepared set of questions that they wanted to ask - but beyond that, it was very friendly, conversational, and really just wanted to understand my background/personality and how it fit with Duo. Everyone was incredibly nice, made sure that I was comfortable, and was also given a tour of their new office (incredibly cool place!). Logistically, it was very well organized from being given a list of everyone I would be speaking to, their position, schedule, and exact logistics (where to park, where to go). I was given an offer two weeks later. However, from my understanding, most offers come far quicker but due to some unique circumstances, it came later than normal. Overall, it was absolutely a great interview experience.
